AGE OF GLASS

"Manchester's premiere mischief makers have knocked crowds sideways with their flamboyance and energy!” NowThen Magazine

Hard hitting, bass driven, vibrant, live electronic dance-pop. Both commercially charming and intriguingly eccentric this three-piece draws influences from anything with a pumping groove and amalgamates it into a live music frenzy of thumping electronic drums, heavy bass lines and gritty synth riffs. If Bjork and Joe Strummer had triplets then Age Of Glass would be the result.

Cutting their teeth playing for various other outfits the trio then co-created Manchester's infamous Space Cassette night (with Henge), proving that if you create something magical you can not only build a fanbase but a whole scene around it. Thanks to the two bands the club night continues to grow and Age of Glass continue to develop their live show to greater heights.

Enigmatic frontman Rory Charles leads the band and the audience on wild musical trip like the pied piper of Hamlin, even those with their arms folded and a frown on their face soon succumb to the sound and be seen on the dance floor with goofy grins and flailing arms.

NOTE This show carries a warning to those who believe they're in control over their own bodies.....
